Explanation
(This amendment reduces funding for the Cooperative Advertising Program by $1,085,000 each year of the biennium. A companion language amendment requires the Virginia Tourism Authority to develop a methodology for reviewing grant applications and making awards that ensure that the recipients marketing efforts are consistent with the state's tourism goals and mission.)
