Out of this appropriation, $200,000 $181,500 the first year and $200,000 $172,250 the second year from the general fund shall be used for training individuals whose cost cannot be covered by federal vocational rehabilitation revenue. It is estimated that this funding will support 25 21 blind, deafblind, and vision impaired individuals.this appropriation.
