Out of this appropriation, $200,000 the first year and $200,000 the second year from the general fund shall be used for training individuals whose cost cannot be covered by federal vocational rehabilitation revenue. It is estimated that this funding will support 25 blind, deafblind, and vision impaired individuals.this appropriation.
