New Construction:  Construct or Renovate Dairy and Dairy Processing Center

The authorized purpose of capital project number 799-16994 is hereby modified to include renovation of the existing dairy barn and milking parlor located at James River Correctional Center or construction of a new dairy barn and milking parlor, as well as the renovation of an existing building into an expanded dairy processing center.
