A. The Virginia Community College System shall submit a plan to address the backlog in construction of maintenance buildings at several campuses.
B. This appropriation includes sums for construction of maintenance buildings at the following locations:
Dabney S. Lancaster Community College
Eastern Shore Community College
J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College
Lord Fairfax Community College
Paul D. Camp Community College
Rappahannock Community College
Southside Virginia Community College
Virginia Highlands Community College
C. Out of the amount appropriated to this project in the first year, $1,528,398 was withheld from expenditure pursuant to Executive Order 74(01) and reverted to the fund balance of the general fund on June 30, 2001.
