Page 271, after line 33, insert:

"Notwithstanding any other provision of law, any revenue generated by Gunston Hall from the development of its properties to support wireless communication infrastructure may be retained by the agency to support agency operations. Such revenues shall be deposited into a special fund. Amounts in this fund shall be appropriated consistent with the provisions of this act.”
