Page 105, after line 7 insert:

"R. Notwithstanding the provisions of § 10.1 - 1330, Code of Virginia, the Department shall utilize $25,000,000 of unobligated balances in the Low-Income Energy Efficiency Program Fund (02017) to support the implementation of weatherization projects consistent with the recommendations of the Income Qualified Energy Efficiency and Weatherization Task Force. It is the intent of the General Assembly that funds authorized for this purpose can be used until June 30, 2030."



Explanation

(This amendment authorizes $25.0 million in unobligated balances in the Low-Income Energy Efficiency Program Fund to support weatherization projects consistent with the recommendations of the Income Qualified Energy Efficiency and Weatherization Task Force and extends such authorization through June 30, 2030.)
