A. Out of the amounts for Workers' Compensation Services shall be paid the annual salary of the chairman, $231,105 from July 1, 2026 to July 24, 2026, $239,194 from July 25, 2026 to June 9, 2027 and $247,566 from June 10, 2027 to June 30, 2028 . The other two Commissioners of the Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission shall be paid the annual salary of $226,358 from July 1, 2026 to July 24, 2026, $234,281 from July 25, 2026 to June 9, 2027 and $242,481 from June 10, 2027 to June 30, 2028.
B. In addition, retired Commissioners recalled to active duty will be paid as authorized by § 17.1-327, Code of Virginia.
