A. Included in the appropriation for this Item is $1,555,050 from the general fund, $1,514,000 from the Central Capital Planning Fund (09650) established under the authority of § 2.2-1520, Code of Virginia, and $10,920,511 from Higher Education Operating Funds the first year to be used for planning of authorized projects. The general funds shall be transferred into the Central Capital Planning Fund (09650).
