Page 513, after line 20, insert:

"A. Out of this appropriation, $500,000 the first year and $500,000 the second year from the general fund shall be provided to replace the Diamond Avenue Bridge (Rocky Mount) with a new bridge that meets current safety standards."

Explanation

(This amendment proposes $500,000 GF each year to replace the Diamond Avenue Bridge (Rocky Mount) with a new bridge that meets current road and safety requirements. It is part of the only road in and out of the neighborhood.)
