Out of this appropriation, $35,000 the first year and $35,000 the second year from the general fund is provided to reimburse Gateway Justice Services for administrative support for a virtual citizen magistrate access point within their office in the City of Petersburg as a result of the closure and loss of public access to the in-person magistrate office in the City of Petersburg."
