(This amendment provides $1.1 million GF each year for the Commission on Electric Utility Regulation (CEUR) to increase its annual operating budget to $1.8 million GF each year. CEUR approved this request at its December 2025 meeting. CEUR anticipates utilizing these additional funds, to enable it to hire one attorney and reduce the burden on the Division of Legislative Services, increased fringe benefits, and operational funds for professional development, research and consulting services, information technology equipment, and other support services.)
