Page 271, after line 33, insert:

"A. Gunston Hall is authorized to issue a request for proposals from private entities to construct a cellular tower on the museum's property. Upon construction of the cellular tower, all lease revenue shall be allocated to exclusively support Gunston Hall's operations."

Explanation

(This language-only amendment directs Gunston Hall to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) to construct a cell tower on the premises and directs all revenues from the construction of such tower to be allocated to support Gunston Hall operations.)
