"I. Out of this appropriation, $500,000 the second year from the general fund shall be provided as subsides for low-income households purchasing health insurance through the Virginia Insurance Marketplace with gross income up to 250 percent of the federal poverty level."

Explanation

(This amendment provides $500,000 GF the second year to partially replace the federal health care tax credit subsidies for individuals and households (with gross incomes up to 250 percent of the federal poverty level) purchasing insurance on the Virginia Insurance Marketplace.)
