Explanation

(This amendment provides $500,000 GF the second year of additional state support for the water supply planning activities of the 25 regional planning units, including resource mapping, risk assessment and mitigation, community engagement, and local plan approval. The Code of Virginia requires that plans be submitted by October 2029.)
