"GG. Out of this appropriation, $600,000 the second year from the general fund shall be provided to Postpartum Support of Virginia's Warmline, a peer support line that reduces the 988 crisis call center volume."

Explanation

(This amendment provides $600,000 GF the second year to expand Virginia's Warmline to provide 24/7 access to timely early intervention support, crisis prevention, and locally informed care for individuals experiencing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders statewide.)
