"B. This capital project shall be funded by SCC nongeneral fund balances. Commonwealth bond financing shall not be authorized to fund any of the project's capital costs. The amounts provided in this item are in addition to the SCC nongeneral fund appropriation in Chapter 522, 2021 Acts of Assembly, Special Session I."

(This amendment provides $94.0 million in nongeneral fund appropriation the second year and clarifies the funding source and total for a project authorizing the State Corporation Commission to renovate its Richmond headquarters office.)
