"Out of the amounts in this item, $1,460,000 the first year and $1,460,000 the second year from the general fund is provided to the County of Shenandoah to support the Shenandoah County Agricultural Foundation and the Great Meadow Foundation."

Explanation

(This amendment provides $1.5 million from the general fund each year to Shenandoah County to support the Shenandoah Agricultural Foundation and the Great Meadow Foundation.)
