(This amendment provides $90,000 the first year in nongeneral fund appropriation to support anticipated costs associated with House Bill 892, which directs the State Corporation Commission to initiate a proceeding to investigate the electric load forecasts prepared by Dominion Energy, Appalachian Power Company, electric cooperatives, and customers purchasing electricity from a licensed supplier by November 1, 2026. This amendment is a placeholder until the fiscal impact statement is available.)
