"Out of this appropriation, $35,000 each year from the general fund is provided to the City of Petersburg to compensate for locality staff overhead for the provision of administrative support for a virtual citizen magistrate access point."

Explanation

(This amendment provides $35,000 each year from the general fund for the City of Petersburg to compensate for costs incurred by the City for the closure and loss of public access to the local in-person magistrate office.)
