Explanation

(This amendment provides $6.0 million the first year and $12.0 million the second year from the general fund and $2.0 million the first year and $4.0 million the second year from nongeneral funds to extend the Early Intervention Program for Infants and Toddlers with Disabilities pursuant to House Bill 103 of the 2026 General Assembly. Under current law, the Part C program is only available for children between 0-3 years of age.)
