Explanation

(This amendment provides $2.9 million from the general fund in fiscal year 2027 and $1.4 million from the general fund in fiscal year 2028 to support initial stipends of $5,000 and subsequent stipends of $2,500 for school psychologists that have acquired and maintained the certification embodied in House Bill 526.)
