Page 112, after line 36, insert:

"Out of this appropriation, $50,000 the first  year from the general fund is provided to effectuate the provisions of House Joint Resolution 51 of the 2026 General Assembly."

Explanation

(This amendment provides $50,000 in fiscal year 2027 from the general fund to the Department of Housing and Community Development to convene a stakeholder workgroup to determine if a visual contrast policy for commercial stairways should be adopted.)
