Page 288, after line 25, insert:

"B. On or before August 1, 2026, the Director, Department of Planning and Budget, shall transfer balances from fund 09006 in Agency 162 to fund 09006 in Agency 236. Transferred amounts shall be utilized to support the Florence Neal Cooper Smith Sickle Cell Research Endowed Chair."

Explanation

(This technical language amendment clarifies the end designation and use of monies appropriated in a prior budget.)
