"Z. Out of this appropriation, $2,500,000 the second year from the general fund is provided to the City of Charlottesville to support the repurposing of existing facilities into two emergency shelters."

Explanation

(This amendment provides $2.5 million in fiscal year 2026 for the City of Charlottesville to create a low-barrier emergency shelter and high-barrier emergency shelter.)
