Effective January 1, 2025, the Department of Medical Assistance Services shall increase rates by 10 percent for the following Medicaid-funded community-based services: Intensive In-Home, Mental Health Skill Building, Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Therapeutic Day Treatment, Outpatient Psychotherapy, Peer Recovery Support Services -- Mental Health, Comprehensive Crisis Services (which include 23-hour Crisis Stabilization, Community Stabilization, Crisis Intervention, Mobile Crisis Response, and Residential Crisis Stabilization), Assertive Community Treatment, Mental Health - Intensive Outpatient, Mental Health - Partial Hospitalization, Family Functional Therapy, Multisystemic Therapy and Applied Behavior Analysis."



Explanation

(This amendment provides $28.8 million from the general fund and $61.7 million from nongeneral funds the first year and $28.8 million from the general fund and $61.7 million from the nongeneral fund the second year to increases reimbursement rates for Medicaid community-based mental health services by 10 percent beginning January 1, 2025.)
