Explanation

(This amendment adds $1.9 million from the general fund each year for brain injury specialized community based case management services. This would add 21 case managers to serve an estimated 850 individuals with moderate to severe brain injuries. This would establish case mangement in areas currently without any, such as Southern Virginia, the Northern Neck, and Rappahannock County.)
