Norris Bridge from any new revenues generated for the Commonwealth Transportation Fund pursuant to SB 890 / HB 1414 of the 2020 General Assembly prior to any allocation of revenues for other transportation purposes or formula distributions."

Explanation

(This amendment dedicates $80 million NGF for the replacement of the Robert O. Norris Bridge from legislation increasing transportation revenues that is under consideration by the 2020 General Assembly.)
