Explanation

(This amendment provides $100,000 each year from the general fund for DCJS to collect, report, and analyze data related to incident involving students and school resource officers or school security officers, consistent with the provisions of House Bill 271. This is a placeholder amendment until a final fiscal impact for the bill can be determined.)
