(This amendment provides $500,000 from the general fund the first year for the Department of Corrections to establish a subscription plan model for obtaining HCV medication for inmates infected with Hepatitis C held in state adult correctional centers. Legislation to be considered during the 2020 Session of the General Assembly will instruct the Department to establish such a model. This is a placeholder amendment until the bill and final fiscal impact statement are finalized.)
