Explanation

(This amendment adds an additional $46.6 million from the general fund in the first year and $55.8 million from the general fund in the second year to the deposit to the Natural Resources Commitment Fund to provide full funding based on the 2019 Needs Assessment for agriculture best management practices cost share funding and technical assistance.)
