(This amendment adds language to implement a plan to include state-funded Brain Injury Services program contractors in the list of state-supported local employees. Historically, language in Central Appropriations specifies full-time employees of Community Services Boards and Centers for Independent Living, among others, are eligible for base salary increases when funding is appropriated for this purpose. The plan would add this additional category of state-supported local employee.)
