"2. Out of this amount, $250,000 the first year  from the general fund shall be provided to the Culpeper  Center for Independent Living for services to people with disabilities including referral, advocacy, independent living skills training, peer mentoring and transition services."



Explanation

(This amendment adds $250,000 from the general fund the first year for the Culpeper Center for Independent Living (CIL). Funding will also be secured through fee-for-service with the Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services, Medicaid and other special projects, as well as grants from local governments, foundations, individual donations and business support.)
