Explanation

(This amendment adds $4.5 million the first year and $3.7 million the second year from the general fund for the fiscal impact of House Bill 352 which requires the Department of Medical Assistance Services to provide the Virginia Fusion Intelligence Center with data and other information necessary to ensure that the school safety mobile application is integrated with any existing crisis intervention phone hotline. A portion of the funding will cover clinicians for the hotline.)
