"B. Included in the amounts for this item is $100,000 from the general fund in the first year to implement the provisions of House Joint Resolution 114, 2020 Session of the General Assembly, which directs the Commission to evaluate the feasibility of making the Code of Virginia gender-neutral."

Explanation

(This amendment directs the Code Commission to evaluate the feasibility of making the Code of Virginia gender-neutral. The appropriation requested is tentative as a fiscal impact statement on House Joint Resolution 114 has not been issued as of this date.)
