"It is the intent of the General Assembly that $2.6 million of the bond proceeds in this Item be used to make improvements at Caledon State Park".

Explanation

(This amendment adds $2.6 million in VPBA bond proceeds for improvements at Caledon State Park. The items included in these amounts are the construction of a restroom at the picnic area ($400,000), construction of a contact station ($200,000), construction of a maintenance area ($1.0 million), and the renovation of the caretaker's house ($1.0 million).)
