Explanation

(This amendment provides $240,000 for summer cyber camps for high school students interested in cybersecurity careers or who have started cyber programs of study. This is half of the amount of new funding proposed in the budget as introduced. The new program began in FY 2016 with one-time balances and supported 32 cyber camp sites involving 38 school divisions.)
