Notwithstanding Item C-73.30, Chapter 2, 2012 Acts of Assembly, $642,000 is hereby transferred from 9(d) Virginia College Building Authority bond proceeds to 9(c) revenue bond proceeds for improvements to residence hall facilities on the Virginia State University campus. In addition, the project previously known as Demolish Student Village Dormitories, Construct Gateway II and Improve Campus Residence Halls is now authorized as Construct Student Village Dormitories, Construct Gateway II and Improve Campus Residence Halls to provide an expanded scope to include renovations and improvements to other campus residences halls.
