§ 3-3.03 INTEREST EARNINGS

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, on or before June 30 of each year, the State Comptroller shall transfer to the general fund the amount of interest earned on tuition and fees from Educational and General Revenues deposited in the state treasury from the College of William and Mary, University of Virginia, University of Virginia's College at Wise, Virginia Commonwealth University, Virginia Tech and Virginia Tech Extension.
