Explanation

(This amendment provides $750,000 the first year from the general fund for the construction of a three-hole golf training facility adjacent to Fort Belvoir, in partnership with Warriors on the Green, a non-profit organization. The facility is intended to provide outdoor recreational rehabilitation for wounded warriors and veterans, and the facility will complement the Fort Belvoir Wounded Warrior Golf Program.)
