Explanation

(This amendment provides $200,000 each year from the general fund for the agency rent paid to the Department of General Services under the seat of government rental plan. The current Department of Veterans Services central office in Richmond will relocate to new, expanded office space under the Capitol Square Relocation Plan, and this amendment reflects the increase in annual rent charges.)
