Page 336, after line 29, insert:

"7. To provide for a presumption that if a victim of stalking provides notice that he or she does not wish to be contacted or followed, that is prima facie evidence the defendant intended or reasonably should have known, that the victim was thereby placed in reasonable fear of death, sexual assault, or bodily injury, pursuant to Senate Bill 339 of the 2016 Session--$50,000."



Explanation

(This amendment provides $50,000 GF the first year for the required deposit into the Corrections Special Reserve Fund, to reflect the corrections bed space impact of SB 339, concerning  stalking.  This amendment is contingent upon final passage of SB 339.)
