Explanation

(This amendment provides $50,000 GF the first year for the required deposit into the Corrections Special Reserve Fund, to reflect the corrections bed space impact of SB 263, concerning the sale, etc. of firearms to a person who has expressed an intention to commit an act of terrorism. This amendment is contingent upon final passage of Senate Bill 263 by the 2016 General Assembly.)
