Explanation

(This amendment reduces $1.0 million each year from the general fund and $3.0 million each year from federal Medicaid matching funds for the Medicaid centralized processing unit for eligibility. Based on processing workload year-to-date, the CPU is processing below the contractual minimum monthly processing requirement. Therefore, funding is reduced to reflect the lower workload.)
