Explanation

(This amendment removes language that requires as part of the Medicaid waiver redesign the inclusion of individuals with acquired brain injury from being included as stakeholders or participants. Including individuals with brain injury in these waivers is not consistent with federal rules and therefore the language should be removed. This amendment will be enrolled in Item 307, Chapter 665, 2015 Acts of Assembly, during enrolling of Senate Bill 29.)
