"Included in the amounts for this item is $100,000 from revenues generated pursuant to House Bill 775, 2016 Session of the General Assembly and one full-time equivalent position to support the administration of the program."

Explanation

(This amendment provides $100,000 each year from nongeneral funds to the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services' Consumer Affairs Services to fund the costs of one position required to administer the provisions of House Bill 775, 2016 Session of the General Assembly, the Fantasy Contests Act.  This legislation .  Registered operators will pay an annual fee of $50,000.  It is anticipated that at least two operators will register in each year.)
