Explanation

(This amendment provides $50,000 each year from the general fund to The Army Historical Foundation for the National Museum of the United States Army in support of the memorial facility at Fort Belvoir. The Founders Hall has several missions: showcase U.S. Army artifacts and National Museum items, sponsor special U.S. Army events, and to provide a learning environment for schools and other groups.)
