(This amendment provides an appropriation to the Corrections Special Reserve Fund to reflect the estimated impact on utilization of beds in the Commonwealth’s Adult Correctional Centers resulting in changes in criminal sentencing pursuant to House Bill 1087, which provides that any person who violates any provision of a protective order while in possession of a firearm or other deadly weapon is guilty of a Class 6 felony.)
