Explanation

(This amendment provides $125,000 the first year and $50,000 the second year from the general fund to support the development of curriculum guidelines and training materials needed for the study of human trafficking, pursuant to the passage of House Bill 678, which would require all teachers to have studied human trafficking as a condition of either earning a new licensure or renewing an existing license.)
