Explanation

(This amendment provides $97,388 from the general fund and 1 FTE each year to effectuate the provisions of House Bill 989 of the 2016 General Assembly session which prohibits minors from directly working with tobacco products. The Department would require one additional staff person to enforce the provisions of the legislation.)
